4 to 6 medium porkchops
2 cups flour
4 eggs
½ cup milk(for the egg wash)
2 cups of bread crumbs(get seasoned ones makes a differance)
26 ounce can of cream of mushroo
13 ounces of milk or water(for the cream of mushroom soup)
put the flour on a plate and doc
the same with the bread crumbs
mix the eggs and mik together
heat your skillet up
now dip your PC(pork chops) in flour then in the egg wash then in the bread crumbs making sure you coat it well and then put in the frying pan repeat this til all the chops are cooking in the frying pan
now open the cream of mushroom soup and add itv to a five quart pan then add thirteen ounces of mik or water. heat to a boil while stirring often reduce heat to simmer
when the PC are done cooking in the frying pan place them on a paper towel to remove eccess grease then add them to the five quart pan with the cream of mushroom soup cover and simmer for as long as u want cause in a couple hours thwe meats gonna fall off the bone
